MIS Executive

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of Management Information System (MIS) reports.

• Perform data analysis and create dashboards using MS Excel for management review.

• Use Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas to organize and analyze data.

• Present data in graphical formats for easy understanding and insights.

• Support basic accounting functions including ledger updates and expense tracking.

• Assist in the preparation and submission of TDS payments and ensure compliance with relevant statutory requirements.

• Coordinate with internal departments to gather required financial and operational data.

• Support day-to-day financial and administrative operations.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data visualization.

• Basic understanding of MIS reporting principles and best practices.

• Good analytical and presentation skills.

• Fundamental knowledge of accounting concepts and journal entries.

• Familiarity with TDS payments and basic tax compliance requirements.

• Attention to detail, with good communication and organizational skills.
