We are looking for a Personal Assistant to support our operations in the medical retail and pharmaceutical distribution sector. The role is ideal for someone with strong Microsoft Excel skills, good communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. Familiarity with the healthcare or pharma industry is an added advantage.
Manage and update Excel spreadsheets for inventory, sales, and reporting
Verify data accuracy, identify irregularities, and make timely corrections
Maintain both digital and physical records for ease of access and compliance
Assist in order processing, invoicing, and coordination with suppliers/distributors
Support communication with vendors, pharmacies, and internal departments
Generate regular reports for internal review and business decision-making
Provide general administrative support across departments
Ensure confidentiality of all sensitive business and client information
