MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Documentation:

• Prepare and maintain engineering documents, reports, manuals, and technical specifications.

• Ensure all documentation complies with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

• Ensure proper control and archiving of procedures, manuals, records, and forms.

2. Process Mapping & Standardization:

• Use advanced Excel tools (pivot tables, data visualization, macros) to analyze and maintain engineering records. • Create and update process flow diagrams, SOPs, and quality manuals.

• Standardize formats for documentation to ensure consistency across departments.

3. Audits & Compliance:

• Assist in conducting internal audits and management reviews for ISO and ASME compliance.

• Support external audits by providing required documents and records.

4. Reporting & Presentations:

• Prepare audit reports, corrective action reports, and compliance dashboards using advanced Excel.

• Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations for audit reviews, training sessions, and management meetings.

5. Cross-Functional Coordination:

• Work closely with the quality, design, and production teams to collect and validate technical documentation.

• Provide documentation support for QMS, product quality plans, and customer submissions.

Preferred Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards).

• Excellent skills in PowerPoint and technical presentation creation.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
