Job Description

We are looking for a experienced MIS EXECUTIVE to join our team Hardik Medi Tech. This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy and providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain data and ensure it is accessible for seamless operations.
Verify information, spot data discrepancies and resolve promptly.
Organize and manage both digital and physical records to optimize access.
Assist in various administrative functions to support department efficiency.
Generate and present reports to internal teams for informed decision-making.
Handle all sensitive data with strict confidentiality.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Minimum Qualification and Experience Range. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Prepare reports using MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, etc.).
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support management decisions.
Coordinate with different departments to gather required data.
Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
Generate sales, purchase, inventory, and financial reports.
Maintain proper documentation and records.
Identify trends and provide insights based on data analysis.
Assist management in preparing presentations and dashboards.

Key Skills / Requirements:

Good knowledge of MS Excel (Advanced level preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration / Computer Applications.
1–2 years of experience in MIS or similar role.
Well-organized and disciplined.
