Maintain and update various reports related to asset tracking, vendor billing, project status, and site updates
Work extensively on MS Excel/Google Sheets to manage structured project data and administrative logs
Coordinate with vendors, facility teams, warehouse/store supervisors for daily updates
Track and manage project activities, timelines, and resource utilization reports
Assist in maintaining documentation for audits, utility bills, rental agreements, and AMC records
Support the Admin/Project leads in preparing dashboards, expense trackers, and inventory records
Make occasional site visits to collect data, verify work progress, or coordinate with vendors
