Key Responsibilities
Reporting & Report Management
• Own all daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the university — leads, applications, forms, admissions, and revenue.
• Design, standardise, and maintain report formats and dashboards; ensure reports are published on time, every time.
• Consolidate data from CRM, lead dumps, and internal trackers into a single source of truth.
• Circulate MIS packs to university stakeholders and central leadership with key highlights and callouts.
Lead & Performance Analysis
• Analyse lead flow, source-wise quality, stage-wise movement, and funnel conversion (lead → form → admission).
• Identify drop-offs, low-performing sources/counsellors, and untapped opportunities; flag anomalies proactively.
• Support marketing and admissions teams with cuts on geography, stream, and campaign performance.
Performance Tracking
• Track counsellor / team productivity: attempts, connects, follow-ups, forms, and admissions against targets.
• Maintain target-vs-achievement trackers and publish periodic scorecards and review decks.
• Provide data support for weekly/monthly business reviews.
Data Management & Governance
• Own all data-based activities for the university — data collection, cleaning, validation, deduplication, and upkeep.
• Ensure data hygiene and accuracy in CRM and trackers; reconcile mismatches across systems.
• Manage data requests from internal teams and the university; maintain confidentiality of student data.
Automate recurring reports and processes wherever possible
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree (any discipline; Statistics/Commerce/CS preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or data analysis (education/edtech sector a plus).
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets — pivot tables, lookups, dashboards; knowledge of SQL or Power BI is an advantage.
• Experience working with CRM systems and large datasets (lead data preferred).
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet strict reporting deadlines.
• Good communication skills to present data and insights to stakeholders.
