Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Collect, validate, and analyze data from sales, inventory, finance, and production.
- Create dashboards and automate reports using advanced Excel functions.
- Work closely with departments to understand reporting requirements.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of reports.
- Provide support for audits, internal reviews, and business presentations.
- Assist in data visualization using tools like Power BI or Google Data Studio (preferred).
- Identify discrepancies and recommend improvements in data systems.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Charts, Macros).
- Good understanding of data analytics and reporting.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or Google Sheets is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
