Job Title: MIS Sales Coordinator

Location: Goregaon, Mumbai
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented MIS Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Goregaon. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales coordination, data management, and MIS reporting. You will play a key role in supporting the sales team, ensuring smooth operations, and providing actionable insights through effective data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• MIS Reporting:
  Prepare, maintain, and update daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and dashboards for management review.

• Sales Coordination:
  Coordinate with the sales team to collect and consolidate sales data, track targets, and monitor performance.

• Data Management:
  Ensure accuracy and integrity of sales data in the system; update and manage customer databases.

• Order Processing:
  Assist in processing sales orders, quotations, and invoices as per company procedures.

• Client Support:
  Address client queries related to sales, orders, and deliveries in a timely manner.

• Documentation:
  Maintain organized records of sales, invoices, and correspondence.

• Analysis & Insights:
  Analyze sales trends and provide actionable insights to improve sales performance.

• Coordination:
  Liaise with internal teams (accounts, logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Business preferred)

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in MIS or sales coordination roles

• Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.) and other MS Office applications

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Experience with CRM or ERP systems is an added advantage

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 2 - 6 years of experience.
