Role Overview

The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization’s Management Information System (MIS). The role involves data analysis, report generation, process improvement, and dashboard creation to support business operations and management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Data Management & Analysis

Collect, analyze & interpret data from multiple sources.

Ensure accuracy, integrity & consistency of MIS data.

✔ Reporting & Dashboards

Generate daily, weekly & monthly reports.

Prepare ad-hoc reports for management.

Track employee performance scores for reviews & appraisals.

✔ Presentation & Documentation

Create dashboards & presentations using Excel, Google Sheets & PowerPoint.

Draft Work Instructions & SOPs in both English & Hindi.

✔ Process & Compliance

Develop reporting formats to enhance efficiency.

Ensure data security & compliance with company policies.

Skills & Competencies Required

Strong expertise in MS Office (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word) & Google Sheets.

Ability to type & draft documents in English & Hindi.

Excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal).

Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.

Detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
