Job Summary:

The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and maintaining company data to support business operations and decision-making. The role involves preparing regular reports, maintaining data accuracy, and providing insights to management and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

• Generate sales performance reports (Target vs. Achievement analysis)

• Ensure data accuracy, validation, and proper documentation

• Create dashboards and reports using MS Excel

• Maintain and update CRM data regularly

• Provide analytical support to Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams

• Identify trends, patterns, and performance gaps

• Handle confidential information responsibly

• Respond to data-related queries from management

Required Skills:

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, Dashboards)

• Knowledge of Google Sheets

• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

• Good attention to detail and accuracy

• Basic understanding of CRM systems

• Good communication and coordination skills

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate (B.Com / BBA / BCA / or any relevant field)

• 1–3 years of experience in MIS / Data Management preferred

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
