MIS Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive with strong computer skills to manage data systems, generate reports, and support decision-making processes. The MIS Executive will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data accurately and efficiently, using tools such as MS Excel, SQL, and other reporting software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports and dashboards.

• Extract and clean data from various sources for reporting and analysis.

• Automate repetitive tasks and reporting processes using Excel, macros, or scripts.

• Monitor and ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems.

• Collaborate with different departments (Sales, Operations, Finance, etc.) to understand data requirements.

• Assist in the preparation of presentations and business performance reviews.

• Create user-friendly dashboards for management decision-making.

• Support the implementation and maintenance of internal MIS systems and databases.

• Provide technical support for internal users related to MIS tools and applications.

• Maintain proper documentation of processes and data flow.
