MIS Executive

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various departments for management reporting.

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports in Excel, Power BI, or other reporting tools.

• Design and develop dashboards and analytical reports for performance tracking.

• Support business operations through data-driven insights and reporting.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality in all MIS reports.

• Coordinate with various departments (Finance, Sales, Operations, etc.) for information gathering and validation.

• Generate reports as requested by management.

• Automate repetitive reporting processes to improve efficiency.

• Maintain proper documentation and backup of reports and data sources.

• Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis using MIS data.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheet (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Charts).

• Knowledge of Google Tools (preferred).

• Sound analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
