Job Description

MIS Executive

We are looking for an MIS Executive with strong knowledge of Advanced Excel and Google Sheets to manage business data, reporting, dashboards, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

  • Manage data related to Sales, Inventory, Operations, Finance, and E-commerce

  • Create easy-to-understand dashboards and management reports

  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of business data

  • Analyse data to identify trends, gaps, and performance issues

  • Coordinate with different teams for data collection and reporting

  • Improve and automate existing reports wherever possible

Must-Have Skills

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel – Mandatory

  • Advanced Google Sheets – Mandatory

  • Strong knowledge of Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF/IFS, FILTER, QUERY, IMPORTRANGE, Conditional Formatting, and Data Validation

  • Ability to handle and analyse large datasets

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Good attention to detail

Good to Have

  • Power Query / VBA / Google Apps Script

  • Experience with Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Shiprocket, or other e-commerce platforms

  • Experience creating automated dashboards and reports

Experience

1–4 years in MIS, Data Reporting, Business Analytics, or a similar role.
