MIS Executive

CTC Range: Up to ₹5 LPA
Industry Preference: Hospital / Healthcare
Experience Required: 2–5 years. ( from hospital line )

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reporting related to hospital operations, billing, patient data, and inventory.

• Prepare dashboards and reports for finance, administration, and management review.

• Analyze trends and variances using data and provide actionable insights.

• Maintain and manage data accuracy across multiple hospital departments.

• Generate reports on occupancy rates, OPD/IPD flow, lab performance, etc.

• Collaborate with finance, HR, and operations for data-driven support.

Technical & Functional Requirements:

• Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.).

• Working knowledge of hospital ERP systems (e.g., Medifin, e-Hospital, etc.) is preferred.

• Strong analytical and presentation skills.

• High attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (B.Com/BBA/BCA/MBA preferred).

• Must have experience in a hospital or healthcare setup.

• Must be currently working in or previously worked in MIS or Data Analysis roles.

• Candidates must have EC (Employee Code) from current/previous employer.

• Immediate joiners will be given preference.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
