Maintain and update sales and operational data using Excel/ERP
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
Support the sales team in preparing quotations, order processing, and follow-ups
Coordinate with internal departments like sales dispatch, accounts, and logistics
Handle customer calls and assist in resolving queries
Track sales targets, pending orders, and payment follow-ups
Assist in preparing presentations and dashboards for management
Graduate in any discipline; additional certification in Excel or MIS is a plus
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas)
Good communication and coordination skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Prior experience in sales coordination or MIS reporting is an advantage
