MIS Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive with a strong foundation in computer applications to manage and support data systems, generate reports, and ensure data accuracy. The ideal candidate will have a BCA degree and a passion for data analysis, reporting, and IT systems support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, process, and manage large volumes of data for reporting and analysis.

• Design and maintain dashboards and automated reporting tools using Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms.

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for different departments.

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in reports and databases.

• Assist in system upgrades, user access, and troubleshooting basic software/hardware issues.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements.

• Maintain documentation of reporting procedures and system configurations.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)

• Experience: 0–3 years in a similar role (freshers may also apply)

• Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.)

  • Basic understanding of database systems (SQL preferred)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Good communication and organizational abilities

  • Knowledge of reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and software support

• Certification in MIS Reporting / Data Analytics (optional)

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
