Job Summary

The MIS Executive will be responsible for maintaining and managing data, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth functioning of various management information systems. The role requires strong Excel expertise, data handling skills, and experience working with operational systems like FMS, IMS, and PMS.

Key Responsibilities

Data Handling & Analysis

• Collect data from various departments and systems

• Clean, verify, and organize data for accuracy

• Interpret data to support operations and management decisions

• Analyze data to generate meaningful insights and summaries

Reporting & MIS Management

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports

• Create and maintain dashboards, trackers, and performance sheets

• Work on checklists and task delegation sheets for management

• Ensure timely and accurate updates of all MIS-related documents
