Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards
Collect data from various departments and validate it to ensure data integrity.
Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, variances, and business insights
Automate reporting processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Maintain and manage data systems/database for MIS.
Monitor data quality and troubleshoot any inconsistencies.
Prepare PowerPoint presentations / management summaries based on MIS data.

Skills & Competencies

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced features: pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, charting, etc
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive insights.
Good communication skills to present data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Attention to detail and high accuracy in data handling
Experience in reporting or BI tools is a plus (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
