MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards

• Collect data from various departments and validate it to ensure data integrity.

• Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, variances, and business insights

• Automate reporting processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.

• Maintain and manage data systems/database for MIS.

• Monitor data quality and troubleshoot any inconsistencies.

• Prepare PowerPoint presentations / management summaries based on MIS data.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced features: pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, charting, etc

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive insights.

• Good communication skills to present data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

• Attention to detail and high accuracy in data handling

• Experience in reporting or BI tools is a plus (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
