About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated MIS Executive to join our team at Dayasagar Respro(Osis). The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative and reporting tasks. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update data systems with accuracy and timeliness.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.

• Analyze large datasets and provide actionable insights.

• Develop and maintain reports/dashboards using Advanced Excel / Google Sheets.

• Create and manage Pivot Tables, Charts, and advanced formulas.

• Support cross-functional teams with data requirements.

• Ensure consistency and integrity of data across reporting platforms.
  

Skills Required

• Strong expertise in Advanced Excel / Google Sheets.

• Hands-on experience with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Power Query, Conditional Formatting, etc.

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

• Ability to handle large volumes of data.

• A background in Mathematics / Statistics is an added advantage.

• Good communication and organizational skills.
  

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (Commerce, Mathematics, Statistics preferred).

• 3 – 5 years of prior experience as an MIS Executive or in a similar role.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
