MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, maintain, and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

• Manage and analyze data using Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, and data validation.

• Handle Flow Management System (FMS) operations and extract accurate data for reporting.

• Track shipment status, operational performance, and productivity KPIs.

• Coordinate with different departments (operations, billing, HR, warehouse) for accurate data inputs.

• Generate customized reports as per management requirements.

• Identify data errors, perform corrections, and ensure 100% data accuracy.

• Maintain proper documentation, formats, and structured reporting sheets.

• Provide real-time insights for decision-making using MIS dashboards.

• Support automation projects to reduce manual work in data preparation and reporting.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of Google Sheets (advanced formulas like VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, QUERY, IMPORTRANGE, Pivot Tables).

• Experience with FMS or ERP tools used in logistics.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work under timelines and handle large data
