Job Title: MIS Executive

Location: Shibpur, Howrah
Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 8:01 PM
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage, analyze, and report data that supports business operations and decision-making. The role involves maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and reliable information flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as per business requirements

• Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and dashboards

• Collect, compile, and analyze data from various departments

• Ensure accuracy and consistency of data in all reports

• Track performance metrics and share insights with management

• Support senior management with data analysis and presentations

• Maintain proper documentation and records

• Coordinate with internal teams for data validation and clarification

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduation in any discipline (Commerce/Management preferred)

• Proven experience as an MIS Executive or in a similar role

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)

• Working knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 3 - 4 years of experience.
