Job Title: MIS Executive – Operations & Inventory Management

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive with an MBA and 2 years of experience in operations, inventory, and production management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain MIS reports for operations, inventory, and production.

• Track and analyze inventory levels, production output, and order status.

• Coordinate with operations and production teams to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.

• Monitor KPIs and prepare dashboards for management review.

• Identify process gaps and support initiatives for operational efficiency.

• Ensure data consistency across ERP systems and provide support during audits.

Skills & Qualifications:

• MBA in Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.

• 2 years of experience in MIS, operations, inventory, or production management.

• Strong command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, dashboards, etc.).

• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, ERPNext, or similar).

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
