## CITY MOTOR WORKS – MIS EXECUTIVE

Location: 49 United Compound Dewas Naka, Indore

Department: Operations / Workshop

Employment: Full Time

### Job Summary

City Motor Works is looking for a smart, detail-oriented and Excel-savvy MIS Executive to manage workshop data, prepare daily MIS reports and provide management with accurate information for decision-making.

The role will primarily focus on Workshop, Service, Parts, Billing, Customer, Technician Productivity and Attendance MIS. Automotive workshop/DMS experience will be an advantage.

### Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS Reports

• Maintain workshop Job Card / RO data

• Track Vehicle In / Vehicle Out / Pending Jobs / TAT

• Monitor Labour Billing & Parts Billing

• Track Technician Productivity & Efficiency

• Prepare Parts Consumption & Stock Reports

• Maintain Customer & Vehicle Data

• Track Workshop Sales vs Target

• Maintain Employee Attendance & Working Hours

• Prepare Pending Payment / Billing reports

• Reconcile data between DMS, Excel, Job Cards & Billing

• Identify data errors and coordinate with concerned teams for correction

• Prepare management dashboards, charts and performance reports

• Provide any special reports required by management

Must Have:

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets

• VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP

• SUMIF / SUMIFS / COUNTIF / COUNTIFS

• Pivot Tables

• Filters & Conditional Formatting

• Basic Dashboard & Charts

• Good data-entry speed and accuracy

• Strong analytical & follow-up skills

Good to Have:

• Automobile workshop experience

• Knowledge of DMS / ERP

• Power BI / Excel Macros

• Understanding of workshop operations

Advanced Excel, dashboards, DMS/ERP knowledge and data reconciliation are commonly requested in current automotive MIS/EDP roles. ([Glassdoor][2])

• Should be comfortable working with numbers, data and deadlines
