We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven CRM and MIS Executive/Analyst to manage our customer database, generate business insights through data reporting, and optimize CRM processes. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of CRM tools, data analysis, and MIS reporting, and should be capable of supporting strategic decisions through meaningful data insights.
Manage and maintain the CRM database to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Monitor customer engagement and lifecycle to improve retention and loyalty.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure proper CRM usage.
Generate customer journey reports and suggest process improvements.
Ensure CRM compliance with data protection laws and company policies.
Develop and generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
Analyze operational and performance data to identify trends and insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and define reporting needs.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of data used in reports.
