Job Title: MIS Executive / MIS Officer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage data, prepare reports, and support management with accurate and timely information. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining databases, generating daily/weekly/monthly reports, and ensuring data accuracy for effective decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
Collect, analyze, and validate data from different departments
Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy and consistency
Generate performance, sales, operations, and financial reports
Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and clarification
Track KPIs and share insights with management
Maintain records, dashboards, and documentation
Support management in planning and decision-making

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)
Basic knowledge of MIS tools, dashboards, and reporting systems
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple reports
Good communication and coordination skills
