## Job Title: Accounts Data Entry Executive

## Job Summary:

We're seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Accounts Data Entry Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering financial data into our accounting system, utilizing Excel and Advanced Excel skills.

## Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Entry: Accurately enter financial data into our accounting system, ensuring data integrity and attention to detail.

2. Excel Operations: Utilize Excel and Advanced Excel skills to manage and analyze financial data, creating reports and dashboards as needed.

3. Data Analysis: Perform data analysis and provide insights to support financial decision-making.

4. Reconciliation: Reconcile financial data and identify discrepancies, resolving issues promptly.

5. Reporting: Generate financial reports and provide data-driven insights to management.

## Requirements:

1. Qualification: (link unavailable) degree with First Class throughout (Regular study).

2. Excel Skills: Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.

3. Accounting Knowledge: Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.

4. Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.

5. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

## Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience: Prior experience in accounts data entry or a similar role.

2. Accounting Software: Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP).
