Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage data, prepare reports, and support management with accurate and timely information. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with data, coordinating across teams, and delivering insights that support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

• Collect, compile, and validate data from various departments

• Maintain databases, trackers, and records with high accuracy

• Analyze data and highlight trends, gaps, and key observations

• Support management with reports, presentations, and dashboards

• Ensure data confidentiality and compliance

• Assist in improving MIS processes and report automation

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace, MS Excel, and MS Office

• Basic understanding of MIS reporting and data analysis

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong coordination and communication abilities

• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Commerce / Management / IT preferred)

• 1–5 years of experience in an MIS or reporting role
