Job Title: MIS Executive

Job Summary

The MIS Executive will be responsible for maintaining and analyzing data, preparing reports, and supporting business operations through accurate and timely information management. This role requires strong attention to detail and proficiency in Excel.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
Maintain and update databases with accurate information
Collect data from different departments and consolidate reports
Analyze data to identify trends and support decision-making
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports
Generate sales, inventory, and performance reports
Assist in automation of reports using Excel tools
Coordinate with teams for data collection and clarification

Maintain proper documentation and records

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)
Basic data analysis and reporting skills
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle large data sets
Good communication and coordination skills

Qualifications

Graduate (B.Com, BBA, BCA, or any relevant field)
1- 2 years of experience
