·         Sales Dashboard - Value & Volume - Zone, Region & Area wise TGT Vs Ach, Category wise Performance,

No. of Visits, Daily Over Due status, Active & Inactive retailers, thru put per Retailer, Contractor’s analysis.

·         Business Promotions daily trackers -helps in Business drive & retailers will be benefited with Schemes, monthly competitor promotions comparison.

·         Retailer wise Performance reports – Tgt Vs Ach, MTD, YTD growth/Degrowth, Old & New retailers’ performance.

·         Beatroute app (My Buddy) handling for team visits, master updations for punching orders by team, Onboarding contractors mapping.

·         Daily OD monitoring reports will help Business to get them onboard for billing.

·         Weekly, Monthly review reports.

·         Providing retailer wise Domestic, International trips qualifying status, other value slabs benefits trackers

·         Towns Expansion, Focus Potential Towns Plan Vs Ach.

·         Any new Onboarding retailers continuous 4 months performance tracking.

·         Driving Contractors shop meets tracking will helps to generate secondary sales.

·         Focus products driving tracking will helps to increase the existing volumes.

·         Other Ad-hoc reports required by sales heads& Management.

·         Debit notes & credit notes statements.

·         Ageing analysis & pending payments follow-up’s.
