MIS Executive

• Develop, generate, and analyze regular MIS reports for management and stakeholders.

• Maintain and update internal databases (e.g., Excel, SQL, ERP systems).

• Automate repetitive reporting tasks and streamline data processes.

• Identify trends and provide actionable insights from data analysis.

• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality.

• Coordinate with different departments to understand data needs.

• Troubleshoot data issues and system errors.

• Assist in the development and implementation of MIS policies and procedures.

• Prepare ad-hoc reports as required by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or a similar role.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).

• Knowledge of database management and reporting tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
