MIS Executive

Job Title: MIS Executive (Excel – Pest Control Operations)

🔹 Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive who will be responsible for managing and maintaining store-wise pest control data. The candidate should have strong Excel skills and the ability to handle large datasets accurately.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update store-wise pest control service data

• Track rodent box installation records and service reports

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

• Coordinate with field technicians for service updates

• Monitor pending services and follow up for data submission

• Maintain attendance and service completion records

• Generate client-wise performance reports

• Ensure accuracy and timely data entry

• Support management with required operational reports

🔹 Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Table, IF formulas)

• Basic knowledge of MS Word and Email communication

• Good coordination and follow-up skills

• Attention to detail and data accuracy

• Ability to manage multiple store data

🔹 Qualification:

• Graduate (Any Stream)

• 1–2 years experience in MIS / Data Management preferred

• Freshers with strong Excel knowledge can also apply
