Data Management: Gathering, cleaning, validating, and maintaining data from various sources.
Reporting & Analysis: Generating regular (monthly, weekly) and ad-hoc reports, creating dashboards, identifying trends, and interpreting data for management.
System Maintenance: Overseeing the MIS, troubleshooting issues, ensuring system performance, and coordinating with IT for upgrades.
Strategic Support: Providing data-driven insights to support strategic planning, sales forecasting, performance monitoring, and operational efficiency.
Collaboration: Working with different departments (sales, finance, operations) to understand their data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
