Job Description

Job Purpose:

To support the MIS team in data collection, report generation, and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly reports to ensure smooth information flow across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, compile, and analyze data from various departments.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Assist in data validation and data accuracy checks.
Update records and dashboards on Excel or ERP system.
Support management in decision-making through accurate reporting.
Coordinate with internal teams for information and report submission.
Maintain confidentiality of company data and ensure timely updates.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Charts, etc.)
Basic understanding of ERP / Database management
Good communication and analytical skills
Attention to detail and time management skills
