The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and presenting data related to collections. The role involves preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports, monitoring collection performance, identifying gaps, and supporting the operations team with actionable insights to improve recovery efficiency.
Collect, consolidate, and validate daily collection data from different sources (CRM, billing system, Excel, etc.).
Prepare and publish MIS reports (daily, weekly, monthly) on collection performance.
Track bucket-wise, product-wise, and region-wise collection status.
Monitor overdue accounts, payment patterns, and portfolio aging.
Generate dashboards and presentations for management review.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports shared with Operations, Finance, and Management teams.
Automate recurring reports using Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, Macros, Power Query, or SQL (as applicable).
Coordinate with collection teams to understand data requirements and provide analytical support.
Highlight gaps, variances, and trends in collection performance.
Support audits and compliance requirements by providing required data and reports.
Strong expertise in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, IF/IFS, Index-Match, Charts, etc.).
Knowledge of Power BI / Tableau (added advantage).
Ability to work on SQL / Access / Google Sheets for data extraction and analysis.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Good communication skills for interacting with operations and management.
Ability to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines.
Graduate (B.Com / BBA / B.Sc / Any Graduate with good MIS skills).
1–3 years of experience in MIS/Reporting, preferably in Collections / BFSI / BPO domain.
Fresher with strong Excel knowledge may also be considered.
