MIS Executive

CRM Operations:

• Manage the CRM system for accurate data entry, updates, and maintenance.

• Monitor and track customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure timely resolution.

• Coordinate with sales, service, and marketing teams to ensure effective CRM utilization.

• Prepare CRM performance reports and share insights to improve customer engagement and retention.

• Ensure team members adhere to CRM process guidelines and data accuracy.

MIS & Reporting:

• Collect, verify, and analyze operational data from all sales groups.

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.

• Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and process improvements.

• Monitor KPIs, targets, and performance metrics of various departments.

Support automation and digitalization of reports for efficiency improvement
