We are seeking a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage business data, reporting, and communication tracking to support operational excellence and informed decision-making.
Job Summary
The MIS Executive will be responsible for maintaining business data, generating MIS reports, tracking email communications, monitoring CRM activities, and providing actionable insights across Sales, Admissions, Marketing, Student Success, and Operations teams. The ideal candidate should possess strong Excel skills, analytical abilities, and a keen eye for data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
• Maintain and update databases related to leads, admissions, enrollments, revenue, and student performance.
• Generate dashboards and reports using Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM platforms.
• Analyze sales, marketing, and operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.
• Track and monitor email activities, including email delivery, open rates, responses, and follow-ups.
• Maintain records of email communications and ensure timely reporting of email campaign performance.
• Monitor CRM data, user activities, and maintain data hygiene standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams for data collection, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Track KPIs and provide actionable business insights.
• Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency.
• Support management with ad-hoc reports, analysis, and business intelligence requirements.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Applications, or a related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in MIS Reporting, Data Analysis, Business Operations, or similar roles.
• Experience in EdTech or service-based industries is preferred.
