Job Description

We are looking for a skilled MIS Executive with strong Advanced Excel, data analysis, and reporting skills. The candidate should be able to analyse large amounts of data, apply the right formulas and logic, and generate accurate reports quickly without wasting time on manual work.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyse daily operational data and identify errors or discrepancies.

- Create reports quickly using Excel formulas, logic, and data analysis techniques.

- Use formulas to automate repetitive tasks and reduce manual work.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.

- Clean, organize, and validate large datasets.

- Generate customized reports as per management requirements.

- Identify trends, performance gaps, and data-related issues.

- Coordinate with operations and other teams to collect and verify data.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel.

- Must know formulas such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, and conditional formatting.

- Ability to apply the right formula and logic to solve reporting problems.

- Must be able to generate reports quickly and accurately from raw data.

- Knowledge of dashboards, data automation, and Power Query will be an advantage.

- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
