Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced MIS Executive with strong MS Excel skills and knowledge of salary sheet preparation, data extraction, MIS reporting, and HR portal management. The candidate should be capable of handling employee attendance, leave records, leave balance verification, and HR-related data accurately.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain salary sheets and payroll-related data using MS Excel.
Extract, analyze, filter, and organize employee data for MIS reports.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
Manage the HR portal and ensure employee information is updated accurately.
Check employee leave applications, verify leave balances, and update leave records in the HR portal.
Maintain employee attendance records and identify discrepancies.
Verify salary, attendance, and leave data to ensure accuracy.
Maintain HR databases, employee records, and payroll documentation.
Coordinate with HR and Accounts teams regarding salary, attendance, and leave-related queries.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Excel formulas.
Practical knowledge of VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, Pivot Tables, and conditional formatting.
Knowledge of salary calculations, payroll sheets, and data management.
Experience handling HRMS/HR portals and employee leave management.
Good data extraction, analysis, and reporting skills.
Good computer knowledge and fast typing speed.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Candidate Requirements
Graduate or postgraduate in any relevant discipline.
6 months to 2 years of relevant work experience in MIS, HR Operations, Payroll, or Data Management.
Must have practical working knowledge of MS Excel.
Freshers are not eligible.
Both male and female candidates can apply.
Preferred age range: 23–30 years.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working extensively on Excel, preparing salary sheets, extracting data, generating MIS reports, and managing employee attendance and leave records through an HR portal. Candidates with strong Excel skills, good communication, and a high level of accuracy will be preferred.
