Maintenance Executive

We are looking for a Maintenance Executive to join our team at Puno. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 salary.

Key Responsibilities:

 Maintain and monitor HVAC systems

 Oversee Elevator operations and coordinate maintenance

 Handle DG (Diesel Generator) operations and servicing

 Manage and troubleshoot Electrical systems

 Ensure proper functioning of Fire Alarm systems

 Maintain FFE (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment)

 Minor Civil / Centre maintenance works

 Maintain overall Facility Cleanliness and hygiene in the park

 Monitor and maintain Fire & Safety systems

 Coordinate with vendors and external service providers

 Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards

Job Requirements:

Knowledge of facility maintenance systems (HVAC, Electrical, DG)

 Basic understanding of Fire & Safety regulations

 Ability to handle preventive and breakdown maintenance

 Vendor coordination and follow-up skills

 Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving ability

 Good organizational and time-management skills

 Attention to detail and safety-focused mindset

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Hours:

11:00 AM – 09:00 PM

12:00 noon to 10:00 PM

Eligibility Criteria:

 Graduation or relevant technical qualification

 Preferably from Hospitality industry

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6 months - 1 years of experience. Candidates must have strong attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, solid organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
