Logistic Assistant:

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the appropriate trailer or vehicle is selected and arranged for the transportation of machines and equipment.

• Accurately complete all required transport forms and documentation.

• Solicit and review transport quotations from various vendors to secure the best rates and services.

• Prepare and generate e-way bills in compliance with regulatory requirements for the transportation of goods.

• Manage and process transport bills, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors.

• Keep comprehensive records of the company's own trailers, including maintenance, usage, and compliance documentation.

• Execute additional tasks and responsibilities as directed by senior management to support overall operations.

Requirements and skills

• Prior experience as a logistics assistant.

• Sound knowledge of shipping processes and metrics.

• Strong communication, memorization, and teamwork skills.

• Outstanding organizational and investigative abilities.

• Capacity to perform your duties diligently, particularly during stressful periods.

• Physically fit, flexible and mobile.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
