Job Description

Job Location: Office No. 329, 3rd Floor, Laxmi Complex, MI Road, C-Scheme, Jaipur, Rajasthan

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries for Business Loans, Personal Loans, Home Loans, LAP, and other financial products.

  • Generate new leads and build strong client relationships.

  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options.

  • Collect and verify KYC, financial, and other required documents.

  • Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for loan processing and approvals.

  • Follow up with clients regarding pending documents and application status.

  • Maintain proper records of loan applications and client details.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and customer-handling skills.

  • Basic knowledge of loans, banking, and financial products.

  • Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.

  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
