Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented team member to join us as a Lighting CAD & Presentation Designer. In this role, your main focus will be designing visual presentations and sales pitches for our custom chandeliers, alongside basic AutoCAD drafting to support our manufacturing and client teams.
Key Responsibilities
Presentation Design (Primary Focus):
Create visual PowerPoint (PPT) presentations and pitch decks for custom chandelier projects.
Arrange product photos, mood boards, lighting layouts, and specifications into clean, professional client decks.
Format design proposals clearly so clients can easily picture the final installation.
AutoCAD & Technical Support (Secondary Focus):
Prepare basic 2D CAD drawings and dimensional layouts for custom chandeliers.
Scale and place chandelier designs onto provided floor plans or reflected ceiling plans (RCPs).
Make simple updates or adjustments to technical CAD sheets as required.
Team Collaboration:
Work with sales and lighting design teams to understand client needs and project specifications.
Ensure all design presentations strictly align with Halomax Lighting's brand standards.
Requirements
Experience: Strong hands-on experience in creating graphic-heavy presentations (PowerPoint / Canva / Adobe Creative Suite).
Software Skills:
Mastery in Microsoft PowerPoint (layout, design, image editing, slide structure).
Basic working knowledge of AutoCAD (2D scaling, basic drafting, reading simple architectural layouts).
Skills & Attributes:
Great eye for aesthetics, typography, color balance, and spatial arrangements.
Attention to detail and capability to meet project deadlines.
Passion for interior design, home decor, or luxury lighting products.
Nice-to-Haves
Prior experience in interior design, decorative lighting, or custom furniture manufacturing.
