Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries via calls, emails, or chat
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions in CRM systems
• Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
• Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Fluency in Tamil (mandatory) and basic knowledge of Hindi/English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good listening and problem-solving abilities
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
