Kitchen operations

We are looking for a proactive and organized Kitchen Operations & Logistics Coordinator to manage the final stages of our kitchen's output. In this role, your primary responsibility will be overseeing the packaging, labeling, and branding of our food items. This is a dynamic role that requires a mix of administrative tasks and active, hands-on outside work—including running errands, coordinating with print shops, and ensuring our packaging logistics run flawlessly.

Core Responsibilities

• Packaging Oversight: Supervise and execute the secure, hygienic, and visually appealing packaging of all kitchen items.

• Labeling & Branding: Ensure every item is accurately labeled according to internal standards, including correct expiry dates, batch numbers, and dietary information.

• Outside Logistics & Errands: Frequently travel to local print shops, packaging suppliers, and vendors to pick up materials, coordinate custom print jobs, and ensure supplies never run out.

• Light Administration: Manage inventory tracking for packaging materials (boxes, containers, tapes, labels), handle basic paperwork, and coordinate delivery/dispatch schedules.

• Quality Control: Check that all printed materials and final packaged goods meet quality expectations before they leave the kitchen.

Key Requirements:

• Must be comfortable spending a significant portion of the workday outside the kitchen running logistics, coordinating with printers, and managing pickups.

• A sharp eye for detail to spot printing errors, misaligned labels, or incorrect packaging quantities.

• Ability to manage multiple errands and small admin tasks efficiently without supervision.

• Able to be on your feet, load/unload packaging supplies, and lift boxes up to 15–20 kg.

• Familiar with printing setups, basic computer work for labels, and messaging apps to stay in touch while on the move.
