About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Service Coordinator to join our service team. If you're organized, enjoy coordinating with people, and have good communication skills, this role is for you.

You will be responsible for managing customer service requests, assigning service engineers, tracking service calls, coordinating maintenance schedules, and ensuring customers receive timely support.

What You'll Do

• Handle customer service requests received through phone, email, or service portal.

• Assign service calls to field engineers based on priority and location.

• Track ongoing service requests and ensure they are completed on time.

• Coordinate preventive maintenance visits (AMC/PMC).

• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.

• Maintain service reports, job sheets, customer records, and call logs.

• Coordinate with the spare parts team for required parts.

• Escalate urgent customer issues to the Service Manager.

• Maintain AMC/CMC records and service schedules.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service reports (MIS).

• Work closely with Sales, Technical Support, Stores, and Accounts teams.

• Follow company processes and maintain proper documentation.

Who Can Apply?

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline (Technical qualification is a plus).

• 1–2 years of experience in:

  • Service Coordination

  • Customer Support

  • Back Office Operations

• Experience in Printer, IT Hardware, Copier, Office Automation, or Technical Service industry is preferred.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Experience using ERP, CRM, or Service Management Software will be an advantage.
