Job Location: Chinar Park, Rajarhat, Kolkata – 700136
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Gender: Male / Female (Both can apply)
Job Responsibilities:
Source and shortlist suitable candidates for various job openings.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.
Conduct initial candidate screening and follow-ups.
Maintain recruitment records and employee databases.
Assist with day-to-day HR and administrative activities.
Eligibility & Requirements:
Good communication skills in English, Bengali, and Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word, MS Excel, email, and internet browsing.
Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
Ability to handle recruitment activities and communicate professionally with candidates.
Freshers and candidates with relevant HR recruitment experience are welcome to apply.
Must be willing to accommodate a flexible weekly-off schedule as per organisational requirements, if necessary.
