Job Description:
The School Fee Counter Executive will be responsible for managing all activities related to fee collection and financial record keeping at the school. The role requires accuracy, strong communication skills, and the ability to interact professionally with parents and students.
Collect fees from parents and issue receipts
Maintain accurate fee records in Excel and Tally
Update student fee status in the school system
Handle fee-related queries from parents and students
Prepare daily cash reports and submit them to the accounts department
Reconcile daily collections with system entries
Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records
Maintain confidentiality of student and financial information
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in Excel
Working knowledge of Tally
Good typing speed
Strong communication skills
Basic accounting knowledge preferred
Ability to work patiently and professionally with parents
Attention to detail and accuracy
