We are looking for a Female Inventory Executive to join Krishna Associates & Developers Pvt. Ltd., a growing real estate company. This role involves managing property inventory, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the sales team with updated property information.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update property inventory records.
Coordinate with the sales team regarding property availability.
Update Excel sheets and prepare inventory reports.
Verify property details and maintain documentation.
Ensure inventory data is accurate and up to date.
Support day-to-day back-office and administrative tasks.
Job Requirements:
Female candidates preferred.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
6 months to 2 years of experience in Inventory, Back Office, Admin, or Real Estate is preferred.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Computer Operations.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks.
