Job Description:

We are hiring an EB (Employee Benefits) Underwriter to join our insurance team. The role involves analysing employee data, obtaining and comparing insurance quotations, and assisting with group insurance policies for corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle Group Mediclaim (GMC), Group Personal Accident (GPA) and Group Term Life (GTL) insurance policies.

• Obtain and compare quotations from different insurance companies.

• Analyse employee data and prepare quotation comparison sheets using Excel.

• Evaluate premiums, coverage and policy terms.

• Coordinate with insurance companies and internal teams.

• Maintain underwriting records, reports and policy documentation.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline; commerce or finance preferred.

• Good knowledge of Excel and data analysis.

• Strong analytical, communication and coordination skills.

• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

• Prior experience in insurance underwriting or employee benefits is preferred.

Work Mode: On-site, Janakpuri West, New Delhi.

Salary: As per company standards and candidate experience.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
