Insurance Advisor

We need an Operations Manager to lead a team and manage insurance data, commissions, invoicing, and collections while ensuring smooth coordination with partners and the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team to ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of insurance data.

• Work with insurance partners to receive commission statements and handle invoicing.

• Manage and store monthly business and commission records.

• Help the sales team by tracking performance and improving operations.

• Oversee billing processes and ensure timely collections and follow-ups.

• Mentor and train team members to improve skills and performance.

• Continuously improve internal processes for efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

• Should have 5-8 years in insurance operations, including 2 years team handling experience in broking companies.

• Should be good in Advanced Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis.

• Basic knowledge of insurance billing and collection processes.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
